About the event
Spring calls us to new beginnings, but change can feel hard when we—or others—are attached to who we’ve been.
Humans are wired with a status quo bias, meaning we prefer staying the same—even when better options exist. So even if growth brings more, the fear of losing identity is scary and can hold us back from creating the life we want.
It is time to come together in Circle.
April 16 Theme: I am Allowed to Become Someone New
In this circle, we will:
Reflect on the stories, habits, and roles that have shaped us—and ask which are ready to fall away.
Share our journeys in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
Practice intentional rituals that honor our growth and help us step boldly into our next chapter.
Gathering in circle creates a unique kind of space—one that makes change feel not only possible, but safe.
The Circle will help to gently shift the experience of change from something we face alone to something we move through together. That alone can be powerful, because many of the identities we hold onto are reinforced in isolation—through our own thoughts, doubts, and fears. In circle, those patterns are spoken, witnessed, and softened.
You’ll be reminded that:
You’re not alone in wanting to change.
You’re allowed to outgrow who you’ve been.
And you don’t have to become someone new in isolation.
Why Gather in Circle?
Indigenous cultures understood and practiced what science has also proven: that when two or more people come together, we co-regulate, or stabilize one another's emotional and physiological state.
The Women's Flourishing Circle is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. Through gentle conversation, listening and reflection, mindful practices, and supportive presence, we create an environment where your nervous system can settle and restore.
In a calm and welcoming space, we cultivate a sense of safety, belonging, and authentic connection. In circle, you don’t have to hold everything alone—being witnessed, heard, and supported helps our bodies remember how to relax and regulate.
Come as you are. Leave feeling better equipped, centered, and connected.
All women are welcome. Diversity is celebrated. Love is abundant.
