About the event
You have an idea. Maybe you've had it for a while.
It lives in the back of your mind, in a notes app, in a conversation you had with yourself at 2am. You know it matters. You know it's meant for you.
And yet — it stays there. An idea. Not yet a thing.
It's not because you're lazy or unfocused. It's because turning an idea into action is vulnerable work. It means committing. It means possibly failing. It means letting the thing you've been quietly holding become something real and visible in the world.
That's a lot to do alone.
Join us for the next Women's Flourishing Circle:
Small Steps, Big Changes
Turning ideas into practical action.
In this circle, we will:
• Identify the idea or intention that's been waiting for us to act on it.
• Break through the overwhelm of "where do I even start" with simple, grounding tools.
• Take one real, concrete step — together, in community.
• Celebrate the courage it takes to begin moving, even imperfectly.
Studies show that social support calms the brain's fear response — we are simply braver in the presence of people who see us. That's what Circle creates: a space where being witnessed by other women transforms the fresh start that felt impossible alone into one that finally feels within reach.
Why Gather in Circle
Indigenous cultures understood and practiced what science has also proven: that when two or more people come together, we co-regulate, or stabilize one another's emotional and physiological state.
The Women's Flourishing Circle is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. Through gentle conversation, listening and reflection, mindful practices, and supportive presence, we create an environment where your nervous system can settle and restore.
In a calm and welcoming space, we cultivate a sense of safety, belonging, and authentic connection. In circle, you don’t have to hold everything alone—being witnessed, heard, and supported helps our bodies remember how to relax and regulate.
Come as you are. Leave feeling better equipped, centered, and connected.
All women are welcome. Diversity is celebrated. Love is abundant.
